Overview
The 2PNL Pump High Chrome Casting Impeller is cast from alloy A05,
Alloy A05 is a wear resistant white iron that offers excellent
performance under erosive conditions. The alloy can be effectively
used in a wide range of slurry types. The high wear resistance of
alloy A05 is provided by the presence of hard carbides within its
microstructure. Alloy A05 is particularly suited to applications
where mild corrosion resistance, as well as erosion resistance is
required.
The 2PNL Pump High Chrome Casting Impeller type is Five Vanes Half
Open, this structure is suitable for conveying materials that are
easily precipitated or slightly granulated.
The PNL pump is a single-stage, single-suction, vertical
centrifugal mud pump. The pump's over-current components are made
of wear-resistant alloy A05 material. The pump has the
characteristics of simple structure, reliability, convenient
maintenance and long service life.
